Hellblade 2 – Slaver A | Real-Time 3D Character Model

I was tasked with shaping the entire Slavers team in the game, starting from a single concept design. Based on that, I developed the other slavers, introducing subtle variations to give each one a unique identity while staying true to the overall tone — dark, brutal, and menacing.

For this particular character, I sculpted the body from scratch and reshaped the scanned face to match a bulkier anatomy that felt more physically threatening. I handled almost every aspect of his production: anatomy work, costume modeling, texturing, grooming, and lookdev.

I also implemented the character in Unreal Engine 5, focusing mainly on material tweaking and in-engine look refinement.
All renders are real-time in Unreal Engine 5 and represent the final in-game assets as they appear in the shipped game.
